Terms of Service

Effective date: July 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mandaleen ("Mandaleen", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Mandaleenwebsite, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@mandaleen.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The Service

Mandaleenlets you generate social media designs — multi-slide decks and single-image posts — using artificial intelligence. You supply an idea, optional reference images ("Style DNA"), brand assets, and source materials; the Service uses third-party AI models to plan and render images and copy. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, generic, or not to your taste — you are responsible for reviewing every output before you publish or rely on it.

3. Credits, plans & billing

The Service runs on a credit allowance tied to your plan. Billable actions (such as planning a design, rendering a slide, or analyzing a reference) consume credits at the rates shown in the app. Free and paid plan allowances, prices, and included features are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled.
  • Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless we state otherwise.
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • When you subscribe, you authorize Whop, Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We do not store full card details.

Purchases are processed through our payment processor and Merchant of Record for card-network and payment-settlement purposes, Whop, Inc.("Whop"). Whop appears as the merchant on your bank/card statement, handles checkout, and settles the payment on our behalf, under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to your purchase alongside these Terms. We remain the seller of the Service and are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes on your purchase, unless collected by Whop and disclosed to you at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or incites violence;
  • is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or depicts real people without a lawful basis;
  • is deceptive, impersonates others, or spreads disinformation;
  • contains malware, or attempts to probe, overload, scrape, or bypass the Service's limits, rate limits, credit system, or security controls;
  • violates the acceptable-use or safety policies of the underlying AI providers.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent billing or usage limits, or place undue load on our infrastructure.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the materials you upload ("Input"). As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying AI providers' terms, you own the images and copy you generate ("Output"), subject to your compliance with these Terms. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your Input and Output solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to your Input and that your Input and its use in the Service do not violate any law or third-party right.

Because generative AI produces output from shared models, similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and the legal status of AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of any Output is lawful for your purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and content we provide — is owned by Mandaleen and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including AI model providers, cloud hosting, authentication, and payment processing. Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandaleen and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mandaleen harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your Output, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
