Mandaleen AI provides intelligent, multilingual AI agents for businesses, helping automate customer service, sales, and engagement across messaging platforms and websites. Services include AI chatbot deployment, customization, integration, analytics, and support.

3. Eligibility

To use Mandaleen AI, you must be:

• A legally registered business entity

By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, clients must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Mandaleen AI only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or share any data that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our software or infrastructure

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to process the data you upload or use within our platform
• Informing your customers that AI agents are being used to communicate with them
• Maintaining your own privacy policy that aligns with relevant regulations

7. Payment and Billing

Mandaleen AI offers subscription-based services. Clients agree to:

• Pay all fees as outlined in the selected plan
• Ensure that billing information is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend access for late or failed payments
• Modify pricing plans with prior notice

8. Data Privacy and Security

Mandaleen AI takes data privacy seriously. Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for client-provided data and implement strong technical and organizational security measures.

Clients retain ownership of their data and are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents.

9. Intellectual Property

Mandaleen AI retains all intellectual property rights to:

• The platform and software
• The AI models and systems
• All associated content unless expressly stated otherwise

Clients may not:

• Copy, modify, resell, or redistribute our services without written permission

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service delays beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or unlawful behavior
• Fail to pay due fees

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandaleen AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you in the past 6 months

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.
